Hi Everyone,

Here's a list of the type of benefits possible if you diligently apply EFT to yourself. They range from headaches to hay fever to attractive posture. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Gary,

Since starting EFT:

1. I haven't had any medication for headaches or hay fever.

2. I have cut down on the frequency of back massage.

3. I have had no spine manipulation.

4. I don't worry about planes bouncing about the sky, or landing any more (I fly on business at least twice per week).

5. I feel and seem more confident.

6. A lump that was on my foot for over 10 years has gone down, and is gradually disappearing.

7. All my problems end up in the muscles of my back, but due to EFT they don't stay any more.

8. I use to be a natural slouch, but now I have the correct body posture.

9. My anxiety is handled very easily as well.
