Ted Robinson reminds us of the extraordinary benefits of using EFT with entire groups. He says, "I can emphatically say that in the 5 years that we've been doing groups, not one person has ever gone away without being dramatically relieved of their issues.  I would estimate that at least 95% of the participants get 100% reduction of some sort and 80-90% reduction down to zero on every issue they work on."

Hi Gary, 

Most of your letters have been about one-on-one work with EFT.  This one is about my Borrowing Benefits Group, and how well EFT works on everyone who attends.  Our group meets twice a month and we get between 5 to 10 people who are very diverse.  Last night I had 7 and they tore the place up with emotions and healing.

We started off with one person who basically felt like garbage (actually feces) and as we worked through that issue with her, two others "popped" because they related to what she was saying through her tears.  By the time we were done with her (at a level of intensity of zero out of 10) she shifted aspects and we worked on another issue (again, down to a zero).

That led to a social worker who came to deal with her own personal issues around being a Jewish woman who is expected to hold the family together, while her brother is a bully and brings his dog who bullies her dog.  She wound up cursing him out effusively (with a little help) and went away with a zero out of 10.

Then came a man who I've written about previously (an exorcism of sorts) who has since been struggling with not being able to sleep, (He'd been awake for 3 nights) as well as issues with his girlfriend.  His girlfriend had never before been exposed to EFT and her eyes were wide open from the very first person. 

Shortly after we started, I felt something was coming up for her and asked if she wanted to work on it.  While she said yes she also didn't want to talk directly about it, so I worked on it without ever knowing what it was.  She went from a level of intensity of 10 out of 10 and plenty of tears, down to a zero in about 10 minutes of tapping. 

It was later reported to me that she'd been working on the issue for years in talk therapy and thought it was all worked out.  Yet, there it was again - big and bad as ever.  She left with a zero out of 10.  She told her boyfriend about the entire thing the next morning and felt relieved that she could do so.  It was always a secret before.

By the time the evening was done (2 hours later) every person had gone from levels of intensity of 7 to 10 out of 10, down to a zero at least once and most worked on more issues than that.  Nobody seemed to want to leave by the end of the evening.  That's the way it seems to work each session.

Borrowing Benefits is the most extraordinary method of working with many people at the same time and getting extraordinary results for all of them simultaneously.  I can emphatically say that in the 5 years that we've been doing groups, not one person has ever gone away without being dramatically relieved of their issues.  I would estimate that at least 95% of the participants get 100% reduction of some sort and 80-90% reduction down to zero on every issue they work on.
