Did EFT or Antibiotics help this little boy?

Alert: This is one of 3,000 EFT Tapping articles that were written by users like you but before 2010. As such they are outdated and some of the links don't work. Nonetheless, they provide an excellent Peek at the Possibilities and show you the wide reach of even our older methods. See TRAINING for our free and near-free advanced methods.

Hi Everyone,

Here is an impressive healing brought to us by Shoshana Garfield of the UK. The physicians, who knew nothing of EFT, thought it was due to antibiotics. Shoshana and the little boy's mother thought it was EFT. You decide.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

I just wanted to share this weekend's miraculous success. On Saturday night, I got a phone call from my friend in France. One of her 4 children was in hospital. He had chicken pox, and for some reason, one of the bumps got so infected the red streak was reaching up from his knee all the way up to the top of his thigh, and it was still reaching up despite being put on intravenous antibiotics.

The doctors were to assess him ('Eric') on Monday, and assumed they would operate on Tuesday in order to save the leg, even though they might damage his leg in the process of the operation.

First, I worked on my friend's guilt and self-blame over her child's illness. Then, I tuned into Eric to see what I could figure out about the root cause. Having been alerted to the possibility by Tapas Fleming on the Ultimate Therapist training DVD, I wasn't surprised by the root cause being a past life issue. I surrogate tapped on that, without knowing or needing to know the details.

His mother felt we needed to do a round on how much he loved the attention he was getting in hospital; he is one boy of three (triplets); he rarely gets so much singular attention and he was loving it. So, we did a round on that (he cleared very easily, and I muscle tested frequently). I did a round on his sadness for having to share his Mommy so much, even though he loves everyone he shares Mommy with.

I taught the technique to my friend, and we then did one round on the infection. I said I would work on him tomorrow, to clear the infection, and that she should too, and that we would speak during the day.

When I got up the next day, I realised I had made a serious oversight. I had not tested for how frequently Eric needed to be treated in order to clear the infection and avoid surgery. I muscle tested that every 15 minutes was best. I called my friend, and we agreed to share the tapping through the day. By evening, we both felt it was gone. I muscle tested, and it came back clear. Eric was very perky in hospital as well and the red streak had disappeared.

Monday morning, the doctors came around to have a look and a poke at Eric. My friend was anxious as she lives in a small town with only one hospital within an hour's drive; the doctors had expressed great disdain and disapproval of alternative methods, so my friend decided to stay quiet about it.

They were amazed at the results: his infection had completely cleared. There was no evidence whatsoever of the infection in his blood markers. The doctors were very pleased "their antibiotics had worked so well," and my friend took her little boy home with her secret and a promise to get better at tapping and go back to the hospital and talk to them about it when she is more confident about her own abilities.

Despite my own muscle testing the infection was completely clear, I myself am still in a little shock about it. I have been doing healing work (Reiki, reflexology, faith/spirit healing) for about ten years, and I've never been able to knock infections. Until now.

I'm so pleased to have helped this little boy avoid a risky operation and clear up an issue of lifetimes.

Kindest regards,

Shoshana Garfield
