Hi Everyone,
Debbie Falzon shows how finding an emotional issue can bring pain relief even though there is a medical reason for the pain. She says, "I followed up with her months later and she was still pain free, climbing ladders, rolling around the floor in her martial arts class and walking up and down stairs without so much as a twinge."
Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,
When I was looking for a venue to hold an EFT workshop I spoke with the administrator of a local church. She didn’t know anything about EFT so rather than tell her about it I asked her if she had any pain so I could demonstrate the technique. She said she always had pain in her knee from an injury many years ago.
This case was interesting because it demonstrates the effectiveness of EFT even though there was a medical reason for her chronic knee pain.
She said her knee pain was constantly at a 6-8 on the 0-10 scale and it affected everything she did. She couldn’t walk up and down stairs or climb a ladder for her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity; she did martial arts but was unable to do any floor work because it was just too painful; she was unable to walk down stairs to the basement to do laundry so her husband did a complete home renovation to relocate the laundry upstairs.
I did a couple of rounds of EFT on her chronic knee pain which came down quite quickly from a level 8 out of 10 to about a 5 but then progress stalled. I asked some questions and found out that the pain had gotten worse about 5 years prior which just happened to coincide with the death of her father. We worked on all her emotions surrounding her father’s death – grief, deep sadness, sense of loss, anger, guilt etc – and within 15 or 20 minutes her knee pain had ceased completely. She couldn’t believe it.
I followed up with her months later and she was still pain free, climbing ladders, rolling around the floor in her martial arts class and walking up and down stairs without so much as a twinge.Â
