Hi Everyone,
We have many stories of EFT enhancing the use of hypnosis, medicine and many other healing techniques. In this case by Sharon Peterson (from Brunei), EFT resulted in a spontaneous improvement in her running while using yet another method. This is yet another reason to "Try EFT on Everything."

Hi Gary
Greetings from Brunei!
I subscribed to your newsletter a little while ago and I'm a real (newbie) fan. I wanted to write and tell you of my experience with EFT used in combination with Kelly Howell's binaural beat music.
I was out running listening to the music. The music is designed to activate certain brainwaves that make exercising easier - I am NOT a runner but my husband is encouraging me to take up hashing out here in the jungles of Borneo, and I thought I'd better start doing something ahead of time so I can build my endurance. Anyway, I was out trying to run. The typical pattern is that I run and stop after 5 min, walk, run, stop, and walk. And feel lousy and keep looking at my watch and saying what's the use ... I hate running anyway.
Today with the music I ran twice as long and felt good but then had an immediate thought of "something this good has to be bad for you.” All of a sudden, I felt puffed and dissatisfied. So I stopped and walked and did EFT (music still playing). What followed was completely spontaneous - it just flowed out of me and I had an amazing conversation with myself.
Karate chop: Even though something that feels this good can't be good for me… Even though I've told myself I hate running and here I am running… Even though I am used to feeling lousy when I run…
Eyebrow: Can't be good for me
Side of Eye: Hate running
Under Eye: Can't run
Under Nose: Yes you can
Chin: well I don't want to
Collarbone: Well I do
Under Arm: No, Don't want to
Top of Head: Why not?
Eyebrow: I'll look stupid, stupid
Side of Eye: Well I want to do this, let's do it together
Under Eye: It might be fun
Under Nose: Let's try
Chin: Ok
Collarbone: That's great
Under Arm: We can do this together
Top of Head: It IS fun!
I felt a tremendous surge of energy and well-being in my body, twice of what I had felt before, and didn't run, but DANCED home. It was fantastic! I cannot wait to go out and run again, and see what happens next time.
Thank you!
Sharon Peterson
