Larynx Swelling Disappears After Finding The Emotional Cause

Dear Gary,

I had a surgery on my laringe (larynx) in 2012 which made my neck swell every time I ate. For recovering, I did the Personal Peace Procedure in the following way that I found very powerful.

I started asking myself what is that I can't swallow and, as a result, one episode came that terrified me. So I went through many terrifying episodes like that and eventually my neck swelling disappeared.
