More thoughts about stopping colds with EFT

Alert: This is one of 3,000 EFT Tapping articles that were written by users like you but before 2010. As such they are outdated and some of the links don't work. Hi Everyone,

Nancy Porter-Steele emphasizes the use of EFT for relieving cold symptoms. EFT's consistency in this regard suggests that it should be routinely used at the first sign of a sniffle or sore throat.

Hi, Gary!

I was delighted to see Chris Shaver's account of stopping a cold using EFT.  I have had the same experience over several years now.  A cold symptom starts; for me, the first one usually is an itchy feeling in the back of the throat, and I tap for that.  Perhaps a hint of a headache; I tap for that.  Each tiny beginning of a symptom, I tap for it.

The symptoms subside.  Sometimes they try again, and I tap.  After some days, just as would usually happen if the cold had progressed in its usual way, there will be yellow goop coming out (nose or throat), which tells me that bacteria are trying to get a start.  I tap, "…these bacteria…" - and they give it up!

It certainly is great to go year after year without a full-blown cold, only the little symptoms that tell me the virus is interested in finding a home in this body!  How lovely to have a choice whether to host it!

Many good wishes to all,

Nancy
