Tymen Gets Unusual Relief From Triggering Memories

"I felt instantly warm as though I was being given a hug."

Intro from Gary: Thanks to Tymen Ardron for sharing this inspiring experience with The Unseen Therapist. After years of trying to unlock certain memories, she gained impressive relief from them and told she didn't need to dig any more. Freedom.

From Tymen: I am reaching out to share my experience with The Unseen Therapist. I was working in a Practice Group as a Member of the Advanced Online Training Option and we were helping one of the other members with a childhood memory. In the process I became very triggered and mentioned that to the group. They suggested that when our group was done I should do some work while this new trigger was showing itself.

When I was alone. I sat with the visions that had come up and soon my intensity started rising to a 10. There was too much coming too fast. So I decided to ask The Unseen therapist for guidance. When I did, I felt instantly warm as though I was being given a hug. I felt held and secure. She whispered to me, "these memories are not for you. I was with you. I held you then as I hold you now. I took you away. Bask in my light. You need not dig." I have sat with this for a week or so now. I had been trying to unlock these memories for so long. I feel so free to not feel like I need to know. To feel like I am blessed to not have them. I am not sure how this fits as it leaves no aspects. When I return to these times, I feel joy, not fear or loss. I still have many things that I do need to work on. However, I feel I can truly forget the times I needed to forget. I was held safe from those memories that were not mine to keep.
