EFT Training Options

Gabriëlle Rutten is the appointed successor to Gary Craig and, in this role, she is responsible for the preservation, development, and training standards of Official EFT worldwide.

 

You can learn Official EFT through several clear and accessible pathways:

  • Self-study using the EFT from A to Z Book

  • Palace of Possibilities membership

  • Self-help courses

  • Professional EFT certification training


You may choose one pathway or combine multiple options, depending on how deeply you wish to study and apply EFT.

Please note that Gabriëlle Rutten is director of Novet, a Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center, and provides EFT training in both Dutch and English. Please also note that Sheri Baker is director of the Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center for the English language.

Official EFT from A to Z

Work at your own pace with the book Official EFT from A to Z—the complete and authoritative reference for understanding and applying EFT as it was originally designed. It is the ultimate guide to the two official forms of Emotional Freedom Techniques: Optimal EFT and Gold Standard EFT.

This is the only book on Official EFT co-authored by Gary Craig—it presents the original and most effective way to use EFT as a self-help tool. The book explores the emotional roots of over 200 physical and mental symptoms and offer practical action plans you can apply anytime, anywhere.​​If you’d like to see Gary and me announcing our book, this is one of the last videos Gary shared on YouTube. Palace of Possibilities Membership

Become a member of this rapidly growing EFT community! This is a more advanced self-study option for those who want to engage more deeply with Official EFT. Membership provides full access to the complete Official EFT archive—a rich body of work, organized by Gary Craig himself and spanning more than three decades of his teaching, including articles, webinars, trainings, and ongoing updates, all readily available for study at your own pace.

Members are welcome to actively participate in the free monthly Official EFT Support Webinars. These live sessions are a space where you can ask all your questions, explore practical applications, and deepen your understanding through discussion and real-life examples, with guidance and support throughout.

EFT Course for Self-help​

Gabriëlle Rutten offers a structured EFT self-help courses through Novet, her Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center for both Dutch- and English-speaking participants.

In this 4-day course, consisting of three-hour lessons and a one-hour personal consultation, you are guided step by step in using both Gold Standard EFT and Optimal EFT for your own personal issues in a clear, practical, and supportive way.

 

The course also integrates insights from Hamer’s biological laws to help you identify the emotional root causes of your challenges. During the personal consultation, Gabriëlle supports you in creating a personalized EFT action plan tailored to your needs.

Sheri Baker, director of The Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center (English language) offers live online classes in both Non Certification and Certification EFT training.

Non Certification training provides a solid foundation in Gold Standard EFT tapping, aimed primarily for those interested in quality training in the use of these techniques for self, family, friends, and/or casual acquaintances. This includes Tiers 1, 2, and 3, with Tier 3 geared toward those possibly interested in pursuing the use of EFT professionally.

Understandably, Non Certification training requires much less investment in time and expense than Certification training, which is designed for those who wish to invest in more in-depth study to develop the proficiency and confidence to offer EFT to clients professionally. Sheri also offers an intensive 6-week OEFT Boot Camp in Communicating With The Unseen Therapist, a critical skill for the most effective use of Optimal EFT.

EFT Training with Gabriëlle Rutten (Novet – The EFT Standard)

Gabriëlle Rutten provides advanced professional training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) through Novet, her Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center.

The training covers both official EFT methods:

  • Gold Standard EFT Tapping

  • Optimal EFT


These programs are designed for professionals who want to apply EFT in a skilled, ethical, and structured way. Participants learn a clear clinical framework, including practical protocols for a wide range of client issues. The training combines theoretical understanding with direct application, supported by personal guidance to ensure confident and responsible use in professional practice.

Training pathway:

  1. Certification in Gold Standard EFT

  2. Completion of the Optimal EFT course

  3. Optional: EFT Master Certification Program


The EFT Master Certification Program is an advanced, individualized one-on-one training with Gabriëlle Rutten. It is intended for experienced practitioners who want to deepen their mastery and refine their professional application of EFT.

Master Certification includes the option to be listed as a Preferred Practitioner on this website.

As director of The Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center (English language), Sheri Baker offers Certification training which is geared for the professional EFT practitioner who seeks mastery of EFT.

 

Students may choose to apply separately for Certification in Gold Standard EFT Tapping, followed by Optimal EFT at a later time. Another option would be to apply for the Complete EFT Certification training program, which includes the full complement of Gold Standard EFT Tapping and Optimal EFT. In the live online Certification classes, Sheri provides personalized training; evaluation of practice sessions; one-on-one personal growth work to enhance effectiveness as an EFT practitioner for clients, along with post graduation mentoring.

 

Complete Certification also includes the option to list your professional practice as a Preferred Practitioner on this website.

Official EFT Training in Other Languages

Gary Craig personally appointed and endorsed several independent Official EFT Training Centers around the world. Each of these centers operates autonomously, while basing its teaching firmly on the Gold Standard EFT Tutorial and the 30 Official EFT Lessons as developed by Gary Craig.
