Palace of Possibilities™

A brief heat exhaustion case

Alert: This is one of 3,000 EFT Tapping articles that were written by users like you but before 2010. As such they are outdated and some of the links don't work. Nonetheless, they provide an excellent Peek at the Possibilities and show you the wide reach of even our older methods. See TRAINING for our free and near-free advanced methods.

This short account by Australian Lee-Anne Hayes lends emphasis to our often stated suggestion to "Try It On Everything!" (using common sense, of course).

Hi Gary

I use EFT quite a bit myself and also on clients ( I am an Australian therapist). However I wanted to share with you my fantastic result with EFT in working in the Australian heat 38C (100F) . Normally I go into meltdown starting at about 25C (77F) , anyway this day I knew I'd be out working till late that evening without air conditioning, and wondered what to do and how I'd handle the heat. Normally I can't think, let alone concentrate, have no energy and am completely useless.

I thought about EFT and decided to try it. Well I know EFT works, but I couldn't believe the difference in myself even late in the afternoon and evening when the heat is normally unbearable. I was up and working, talking, making sense and someone commented that I seemed to be handling the heat much better than anyone else.

I was still hot, my body perspiring etc., but I had energy and could think.

Thanks for delivering such an effective and efficient technique. I've also used EFT to help clients beat drug addiction, rape trauma, and the list goes on and on.
