A tapping tip to lighten the load

Marian Slaman offers this practical way to bring up issues for consistent tapping.

By Marian Slaman BA Performance Consultant

Gary,

May I offer this suggestion to the various subscribers. I have been tapping for two years now and can't imagine life without it. Given that life typically throws us curve balls and other challenges that perpetually test us, challenge us and move us forward, I tend not to lack from items & issues that require tapping. During those lulls when there doesn't seem to be anything to tap on, I have pulled out old journals, day timers and report cards (my son's) and have used them as a source of tap-able content, thus clearing out more issues and lightening the load of life. Reviewing these dated items allows me to reconnect with earlier challenges, and note both remaining issues or progress that has been cleared. Warm regards Marian Slaman BA Performance Consultant
