Did EFT keep Wayne from getting more grey hair?

Hi Everyone,

Read this interesting EFT experience by Wayne Ennis and decide for yourself whether or not EFT might delay the day when your hair turns grey.

Hi Gary,

I tried an interesting EFT experiment that I thought your newsletter readers may be interested in. In my early 40s I noticed I was starting to get grey hairs. I still thankfully still had a full head of hair. I didn't have many grey hairs as it was just starting. However I had enough grey hairs to notice the greying process had started.

At first I just thought going grey is a natural part of the aging process and nothing you can do about it unless you dye it. Then Gary's "Try EFT on everything" came to my mind. I thought ok what have I got to lose apart from a bit of wasted time if it did not work. I also thought it would be an interesting experiment.

I first used self muscle testing to ask my subconscious mind if I could keep my black hair and stop the greying process. I got a no.

I was going to simply accept that going grey is a natural part of the aging process. However I still had a nagging thought in my head of "Try EFT on everything".

Then I thought, I wonder if I have writings on my wall about going grey? Maybe in my youth somebody told me or I overheard somebody say something like "All men start going grey in their early 40's". Maybe my subconscious mind picked up on it and stored it away. As we all know our subconscious mind remembers everything. So when I reached my 40's my subconscious mind thought remember what was said (or overheard) all those years ago "All men's hair starts going grey when they reach their early 40's" so here you go matey have some grey hair. I can't explain why but I had a gut feeling I had some sort of writing on my walls about going grey.

So I did a quick self muscle test of "Do I believe I have start going grey as I reach my 40's?" Again I just had a gut feeling this was the right question to ask.

I got a yes. Rather than carry on self muscle testing to find out why I believed I had to start going grey in my 40's I decided to tap the belief out. I asked myself on a scale of 1- 10 how much do I believe I have to start going grey as reach my 40's? I got a 10. I started tapping.

Even though I have this belief that I have to start going grey as I reach my 40s...

For further rounds I obviously changed it to the "remaining belief" and did rounds of tapping until I was at 0 on a scale of 0 to 10.

I then self muscle tested to see if I could keep my black hair and stop the greying process. This time I got a yes. I then used self muscle testing to see how long I could keep my dark black hair. I got 55 years old. So I simply tapped.

Even though my body and minds thought it was normal for my hair to start going grey as I reach my 40's I choose to keep my black hair until I am at least 55 years old.

I then forgot about it as it did not bother me that I was going grey, even though I would prefer to keep my black hair. Then a few months later I remembered about doing the tapping. I checked my hair and to my surprise I had not got any new grey hairs that I could notice. Again I had forgotten about my tapping until today. It is roughly one year since I had done the tapping. I checked my hair and again to my surprise and delight I still don't appear to have any new grey hairs.

I still have a few grey hairs. The tapping did not reverse anything but it does appear to have stopped any new grey hairs appearing.

You can bet your bottom dollar when I reach 55 I will try tapping again to keep my black hair even longer. That is if I haven't gone bald! Thinking about it, if I do start going bald I will be doing some EFT.

As you say Gary try EFT on everything.

Wayne
