EFT eases nausea

Hi Everyone,

Annie Siegel received this letter from her client, Elizabeth, who had her first successful experience with "imagining the tapping." This process has wide ranging benefits and is worth a try by everyone.

Hi Gary,

I have been working with this person a few times with EFT on several issues and she has found great relief and loves EFT.  Here's how she used it for nausea ... tapping without actually tapping.

Hi Annie,

I just have to share with you something really neat that I experienced with EFT last night.

For dinner last night, we had takeout, and I wasn't so sure if the dressing on my salad was good.  I decided to eat it anyway (yeah, I know, not smart - I'm usually much more careful than that), and sure enough, a few hours later I was feeling pretty sick.  So as I lay in bed trying to fall asleep as these waves of nausea washed over me, I thought perhaps I should try tapping on it.  But the mere thought of moving made me feel even worse.

So I decided I'd try tapping without actually tapping.  And also without speaking, because I didn't really feel like doing that, either.  Here's what I did.  While saying the setup and other bits to myself, I focused intently on each point I should have been tapping on.

Even though I'm feeling nauseous right now, I choose to be relaxed and calm.

Even though I'm feeling nauseous right now, I am relaxed and at ease.

Even though I'm feeling nauseous right now, I am relaxed, calm and healthy.

I tapped on the EFT points as follows:

I'm feeling pretty nauseous

This nausea

This persistent nausea

This nausea

And just like that, this soothing wave flowed down through my torso and the nausea disappeared!  It was so cool!  So I continued:

I am relaxed and calm

I am healthy and at ease ... Hmmm ... nausea started to return...

Still remaining nausea

Still remaining nausea

Yeah, it's getting worse again...  OK, back to eyebrow...

I've got this nausea...

This nausea

Still remaining nausea

And there, it went away again!  So I experimented some and discovered that when I stayed focused on the eyebrow, side of eye, and under eye points, I got the best results.  As I left those points, the nausea would return.  So I stayed on those three, and occasionally drifted to under the nose and chin, and after about 5 minutes of this, I felt satisfied that it was gone.

This was such a great experience, and an important reminder of how energy follows thought.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you, Annie, because it was just so cool!  And I'm continuing to tap on the stuff we discussed, and while the results are not as dramatic and instantaneous as my experience with the nausea, I do see progress and I am experiencing an easing of fear and anger.  I just need to get out of my own way.

Elizabeth

Hope this creative way can help others who have this issue or lay in bed with insomnia and want to have fast results into dreamland

Lots of love
