I have just finished watching the DVD in which the story is told about your leaving the stage at some presentation to go to the men's room and forgetting to turn off your mike.  I had an experience recently in which I suddenly and severely felt the need to urinate while driving my car along a road with no real place to stop and no gas stations, etc.  I simply started imaginary tapping - without any actual distracting physical tapping - using the standard affirmation and "this bladder control problem" while I imagined tapping.  To my surprise, the urgency stopped almost immediately and did not come back for the remaining 15 or 20 minutes it took me to get home. Handy to know just in case.
