EFT on autopilot

Alert: This is one of 3,000 EFT Tapping articles that were written by users like you but before 2010. As such they are outdated and some of the links don't work. Nonetheless, they provide an excellent Peek at the Possibilities and show you the wide reach of even our older methods. See TRAINING for our free and near-free advanced methods.

Hi Everyone,

This brief article by Angelika Tessa points to a positive "EFT conditioned response" (my term) that persistent tappers may develop. Check it out and see if it applies to you.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

I'd like to share an exciting recent experience: One day after a visit to my mother at the nursing home I felt terribly stressed. While driving home in my car, I started yawning intensively. It was the typical EFT yawning I'm very familiar with after almost 5 years of daily EFT'ing. I felt the EFT points vibrating and after a short while the stress was completely gone. Obviously, my body has learned to treat itself automatically without any conscious effort or tapping. I could hardly believe it! It felt just great!

Best regards,

Angelika
