Hi Everyone,
Here's another Try EFT on Everything example--this time regarding bust line growth. Seannon Grace says, "The end result was that I went from a 38 B to a 38 D/DD while I lost 20 pounds. Â (I didn't simply gain weight to make this change!)" Note how she focuses on emotional issues--very important.

Hi Gary,
I've been a dedicated tapper for a couple of years now.  At one point I had burned out on dealing with the deep, intense childhood issues, and frankly, I needed some lighter fare.  I had been going to the wonderful circles that Sonya Sophia hosted in Austin. As a spur of the moment sort of thing, I decided I wanted to work on a couple of things that were frivolous and fun.
I decided to tap on two things that I'm vain about - my hair growing faster (I have waist-length hair and would like for it to grow out faster so I can trim the ends a bit) and my breasts.
I'm a large woman, about 5'10 and I have child-bearing hips and rather curvaceous thighs, which I've always liked, but I felt I was disproportionate. Â No matter where my weight was (with over a 100 pound fluctuation while at the peak of battling some bad medication) I was stuck at a 36 to 38 B.
So when Sonya asked me what I wanted to tap on at circle one day, I blurted out "I want my BREASTS to be bigger!"  Sonya is always an unflappable good sport, she laughed and said that she wouldn't mind having HER breasts get bigger, and on we went. A couple of the ladies at that circle started tapping on bigger breasts.
I started tapping on what it felt like when my breasts had grown the first time around, trying to visualize the tissues getting warm and being sent the chemical signals to grow, and was slammed sideways with all kinds of strong memories that I didn't know had anything to do with my breasts. Â I went through early messages about how women can either be smart or pretty and athletic, my rage at being forced to choose, my anger at the betrayal of my own body when my chest started to grow and I was too big to be competitive at my sport, listening to former Olympic hopeful swimmers talk about how their dreams had been dashed because at a double-D cup size, there was no way they were aerodynamic enough to compete at those levels, no matter how much they starved themselves. Â Their breasts dragged them down the rankings until they quit.
I remember my friends talk about how painful breast reduction surgery was. Â How there were no cute bras in larger sizes. Â I went through being 12, looking 16, and being the target of several almost successful sexual assaults. Â I tapped through messages that a woman's financial worth and what she could earn is directly tied to how pretty she is, and my Mom talking about how no one would hire her because she wasn't beautiful anymore. Â I went through fear, doubt, shame, anger, frustration, and probably about 50 or 60 separate memories that I had completely forgotten about.
I tapped on all kinds of issues about what it means to be a woman in our society.  I tapped on my mother.  I tapped on not feeling pretty.  Every time I sat down to tap on my breasts getting bigger, something else got triggered.  One after another, these little traumas came up. Some were at a level of intensity of no more than 2 or a 3 on a scale of 0 to 10 - for instance, feeling uncomfortable when a man my father's age was checking me out.  Nothing happened really, but these little things add up.  I call them ‘the thousand paper-cuts to the soul.’ Any single instance is not a big deal, but when you have a lifetime of them added together, you end up a wounded and shredded individual.
I didn't think most of these memories were very important at the time, even when I was tapping on them. Â I didn't understand why my mind was pushing me there, but I listened to my intuition and tapped. Â I kept doing this, every morning for about two weeks. Â I felt the energy inside my gut shift, and a subtle tension I'd been carrying my entire life slipped away.
That’s when I started tapping on what it felt like when my breasts were growing the first time.  I focused on having young hormones, the tissue getting chemical signals to grow and change.  I did that for about a month, maybe two, on and off, mixed in with my other tapping.
The end result was that I went from a 38 B to a 38 D/DD while I lost 20 pounds. Â (I didn't simply gain weight to make this change!)
If you want to tap to make your breasts grow, go for it! Â You might be surprised at what you find hiding in that corner of your mind. Â I cleared things that I would have never found or gotten to if I hadn't tried tapping on this, and I do enjoy my more proportional figure.
If you want to get started, here are some questions I recommend meditating on while you're tapping. Â Just let the answers float to the top of your mind, and tap on those!
Why do I want my breasts bigger?
What does it mean to have small breasts? Â What does it mean to me that my breasts are small?
What does it mean to me to have larger breasts?
How will people treat me differently if I have bigger breasts?
How do my feelings about my femininity relate to my breast size?
I was so surprised when I saw that almost none of the things that were blocking me from having the body I wanted were actually related to my body - they were all external messages that I had internalized about money, power, safety, love and women's roles in society. Â I've had similar shocks when I found out that my weight issues were about protecting myself from sexual assault and poverty, not about comforting myself with food (which is what I'd been told, and honestly thought my weight issues were about)!
If you want bigger breasts, I highly recommend you try tapping before you try anything else. Â Even if you do decide to get implants, you will be so much clearer and happier about your choice than if you didn't go through this process.
