Hi Everyone,

With this easy-to-do method described below, one can gain quality relief on several SPECIFIC EVENTS during a single Borrowing Benefits session. It should prove invaluable for (1) lay persons looking for personal healing and (2) healing practitioners wishing to accomplish deeper and faster results for their clients.

Background: I Recently gave an evening session on Borrowing Benefits during an EFT workshop given by Steve Wells and Dr. David Lake. In this case I did NOT have a live on-stage session with a volunteer from the audience. Instead, I played a previously video taped session and instructed the audience to Borrow Benefits by tapping along.

This allowed much more efficiency than the live-session method because....

I could stop the video several times during the session and ask the audience to assess their intensity on the SPECIFIC EVENTS they chose.

Every time I stopped the video, about 80% of the audience reported that their SPECIFIC EVENT had dropped substantially in intensity. Those that felt completion on their SPECIFIC EVENT chose a new one while the others stayed with the previous one.

I started and stopped the video approximately every 10 minutes (please experiment with this--there is no magic time interval). At the end, about 90% of the audience reported quality relief on 2 to 5 SPECIFIC EVENTS. This multiplies the potential relief from 1 SPECIFIC EVENT to several during the same time period.

I was impressed.

There are other advantages to Borrowing Benefits via video...

1. The Borrowing Benefits workshop presenter can choose a ready made video session where the outcome is already known. This avoids the occasion when the on-stage live person trips into many sprawling issues and thus becomes a less-than-ideal subject.

2. The healing practitioner can play a video session for a client while in the office. This allows the practitioner to monitor the client and stop from time to time for deeper one-on-one work.

3. The at-home "Benefit Borrower" can instant-replay the video whenever a particular segment is really hitting home. S/he can also stop the video if s/he is feeling unusually intense and thus seek assistance where needed.

4. The video session can be played over and over again and thus it can be used to address a wide variety of issues.
