Marni: Not Good Enough itis

A "Good Start" Session

"I feel like I'm on an island and it's so lonely here."

Almost everyone deals with some form of an "I'm not good enough" issue. And, until resolved, it can limit us in numerous ways. Further, finding the core issues (specific events) that cause it can be a challenge.

Note in this "good start" session (our second session), Marni and I make important stumbles (please study them) until about 31 minutes in. Then we land (with Unseen Therapist's help) on this metaphor, "I feel like I'm on an island and it's so lonely here."
