Hi Everyone,
Our emotions can have much greater effect on our physiology than we think. For example, it would be easy to think that Jim Thompson's feet hurt him because he was on them all day. Not so! This article tells you why.

I have become a real ran of EFT. For the past several years I have worked retail at two of the country’s major chains. During this time my feet have suffered terribly. In both of these jobs I was on my feet all day, often for over 8 hours at a stretch.
I had recently taken some hypnosis courses in Tarzana, Ca, where I was introduced to your technique. Since I felt I was being grossly underutilized at my job I started tapping Even though I hate working at ______ …
In the Hypnosis classes we had learned about "body syndromes". This means that problems with certain body systems indicate where the source of the problem originates. With legs and feet, we want to run away from a problem. Hands and arms indicate we are reaching for something that is out of reach, for example, a new job or a romantic relationship.
When I started tapping on my job, my foot pain went away. I had not focused on the foot pain, figuring it was just part of the aging process. Before the tapping, I absolutely had to take a break after 2 hours. After the tapping, I could work an entire shift then go grocery shopping right afterward. It was amazing.
Gary, love your gift to the world.
