Hi Everyone,
This article by Sondra Rose will be particularly useful for emotional issues that may have started in the womb.

Dear Gary,
Just thought I'd share some info from my coaching experience, in case it is useful to anyone. I've been working with LOA (Law of Attraction) and body-centered coaching for about 7 years and EFT (intensively) for the last 2 months.
What I have found in my practice is that many clients with lifelong depression or anxiety have experienced prenatal trauma - sometimes physical, but usually emotional. In this circumstance, something has happened during the mother's pregnancy and she disconnects her attention, love, or energy from the fetus. This can cause an emotional disconnect or trauma in the baby and thus the child grows up with deep-seated sadness, anger and/or anxiety connected to the trauma.
It's hard to access this kind of thing via "positive" thinking because it was "pre-thought" and is experienced kinesthetically and energetically by the fetus. There are usually no specific memories associated with the pre-natal trauma, just stories that my clients may have heard from their parents.  In the past, I have used movement and guided meditation to help clients release these issues. Sometimes effective, sometimes not...
But I've had EXCELLENT results for myself and with EFT clients by tapping on the possible or known pre-natal scenario, including the feelings of the mother (and the father) during the pregnancy. Some examples...
Even though my mother didn’t want me...
Even though I lost my connection with my mother...
Even though my mother was scared and/or anxious during her pregnancy...
Even though my mother was angry at my father...
Even though I had a shock in the womb and was terrified...
I've also had clients tap on their GRANDMOTHER'S experience when she was pregnant with their mother. Â (The egg that combined to make you was in your mother's ovary when your grandmother was pregnant with her.) Â This approach can be useful for all sorts of "ancestral" beliefs that can get in the way of manifestation, too.
Love,
Sondra Rose
