Hi Everyone,
I've often said that the mechanics of EFT are so simple that a 12 year old child could use it to get better results than a conventionally trained talk therapist. Does any seasoned EFT therapist out there disagree with me? In this case Carl Dourish's 10 year old son handily collapses his friend's dog phobia in a few minutes. Conventional talk therapy may take months or years and still may not get satisfactory results.

Dear Gary,
I thought this story will interest people. I use EFT on most of my clients and all family members. My son is now 10 years old, but he has known about EFT since he was 7 years old. He knows where and how to tap and all about setups.
He has a friend at his school who had a phobia of dogs ever since he could remember. Well my son and his friend started tapping during their lunch break. After a few rounds the friend mentioned he didn't feel scared anymore.
I always tell my son the results are in the testing. So collecting my son from school, he came running out laughing with excitment that he helped his friend tap away his dog phobia, I said "how do you know". My son said "look he's over there patting that little dog on the head" WELL THE RESULTS WERE TESTED.
I think we may have a future EFT Master in the making. I think its amazing that kids are taking this under their wings.
Take care,
Carl Dourish
