The Possible Causes Of A Perfume Sensitivity

In this brief video I offer two reframes, both of which are aimed at helping Annie realize there may be causes underlying her perfume sensitivity that she may be resisting.  Please note how the reframes are not IMPOSED.  Rather, they are gently  OFFERED by using soft terms like "maybe," "who knows," "possible," etc. This mellow approach is essential in generating acceptance of the reframes.  Otherwise, the reframes are more likely to be resisted. 

In this manner, we can open the doors to new perceptions (reframes).  With simple adjustments these reframes can be used for other issues.  Use your imagination.
