Using EFT to manifest your goal more easily

Hi Everyone,

AnaMaria Herrera gives us pointers for using EFT when we are frustrated that our goals "haven't shown up yet." She says, "If your vibration around your goal is worry, nervousness and doubt, the process of you being, doing or having what you want will be slowed down or not come at all.  There are two other drawbacks to the Is it here yet? syndrome..."

Imagine going to your favorite restaurant.  You look at the menu, decide on what you want and place your order.  But instead of sipping your glass of wine, talking to your companions and enjoying the ambiance of the restaurant, you tug at the waiter every time he walks by asking, "Is it ready yet?  Are you sure you wrote the order down right?  "How much longer will it take?  What is happening in the kitchen?"  Besides being extremely irritating to the waiter, the nervousness and worry about your meal is ruining your experience of dining out.

This is often our experience after we have decided on a goal or what we want in our lives. Our mind chatter goes something like this:

Where is my ideal mate ... why isn't she here yet? I haven't lost any weight yet. I wanted 3 new clients and I only got one this week. Maybe I'm doing this whole goal setting thing wrong. I never get what I want anyway, why bother?

These are the very doubts that can hold back the receiving and manifesting of what you are wanting.  This is because your thoughts create a feeling.  A feeling creates a vibration.  And Law of Attraction responds to the vibration of what you are sending or emitting.

If your vibration around your goal is worry, nervousness and doubt, the process of you being, doing or having what you want will be slowed down or not come at all.  There are two other drawbacks to the Is it here yet? syndrome.  First, you aren't enjoying the process of goal setting and manifestation!  Second, your mind will associate setting goals and desiring to a painful process, and resist setting goals in the future.

Fortunately we can use EFT to remedy this common problem.  EFT can help you to affirm and condition your mind to relax and enjoy the process of manifestation.  Here are some setup phrases to try, adding your own goal and feelings.

Even though my ideal mate is not in my life just yet, I am choosing to relax and be open to enjoy myself meeting new people.

Even though I really want to be at my goal weight now, I appreciate my commitment to myself and this goal.

Even though I am a bit disappointed as I wanted three new clients and only got one last week, I've decided to relax and celebrate what I am achieving.

Even though I feel doubts about this whole goal setting process, I've decided to give it a go one more time.

Even though I need this goal … ideal weight … mate … new clients … income NOW, I accept my feelings and this part that is impatient.

You might have memories, feelings and associations arise.  I invite you to do EFT on whatever resistance arises further.  There is a lot of focus in the personal development world, peak performance and goal setting communities to hurry up, take massive action and do what it takes to just get there.  Instead, I encourage you to slow down a bit, relax and use EFT to help you enjoy the ride of who you are becoming and what you are creating.  You'll be glad you did.
