Hi Everyone,
Linda Compton produced one of our "one minute wonders" with her granddaughter's menstrual cramps. The pain level of the cramps started at an 8 our of 10. After doing EFT briefly, Linda says, "The cramps went down to a 2 on a scale of 0 to 10 and then absolutely nothing. She stopped complaining, never mentioned it again and was fine the rest of the evening. She was here a few days later and said the cramps never came back and she was fine."Â

I have an 18 year granddaughter who I have been doing EFT with from time to time since she was ten.Â
Recently, she and her girlfriend were visiting. She had menstrual cramps so bad that she could hardly eat.  She was about to take a pain pill when I suggested that we do EFT. She just said okay and we started to do it. The pill was on the table. I put it back in the container. Her girlfriend of course had never seen this and had no idea what we were doing. We did two rounds of:

At 18 years old, it is sometimes difficult to get young people to see the value of what Grandma does for a living. She told her girlfriend, who was really surprised that the cramps went away, "Grandma does this crazy stuff, but wow, does it work."Â
